eDocument Exchange Center works hand-in-hand with Cargo Declare. It performs as the communication channel to the Royal Customs of Malaysia via Dagang*Net services. It also acts as the communication channel to link users with their respective customers via internet platform.

The objective of this product is to supply users with solutions to act as a Gateway to customers and suppliers. This enables the exchange of electronic documents to be effected.

Gateway is able to process electronic commerce capabilities; by accessing or interchanging the Customs Declaration messages via Dagang Net and also to other different required messages in the future.
